Currently, the LSPRS serves 1059 active members, 869 retired members, and 315 survivors. With assets valued at $330,596,419 (as of June 30, 2009), LSPRSs primary goal is to safeguard and manage the funds it holds in trust so that future benefits are guaranteed and protected.
